How do I specify the active door in my double door unit?: Looking always from outside the building, select whether the one on your left or the one on your right handside would be the active door.
Could I use pull handles only on my door?: Yes, single bore with roller catch preparation is available for customers who would be using pull handles only, that is, locking systems with deadbolt only (No latch at all).
What does Standard Hardware Preparation mean?: Standard preparation is a double bore of 2-1/8" diameter each, 2-3/8" backset, and 5-1/2" center to center. Any other preparation that doesn't follow these specs, would need a template or be specified before production.
